An immersive environment that simulates life through projected light, fabric, sound, and interaction. Visuals representing a living system are projected through an arrangement of layered veils while a distinctive soundscape reinforces its events. Visitors entering the space affect the behaviour of digital creatures becoming themselves entwined in the fabric of the system.

COLLABORATION WITH HENK BOOM, KAREN LEE AND NICOLÁS MUÑOZ

A wearable electronics project that uses a suit of controllable LEDs to highlight the wearer's body and illuminate his surroundings. Strips of conductive velcro are sown to the surface of the garment allowing led units to be placed in different configurations across the body. Performances are captured as streaks of light in images that chart the performer's movement and show the chaotic gestures of the body.
